Creating a New Folder

Problem

When creating a new folder use the New Folder template. If you try to create a new folder using the New Folder link you will get unexpected results.

Details

Using the New Folder link will create the folder but if you are a level 8 or lower user, the folder will be unusable. You won't be able to create any files in the folder. Worse yet, you won't even be able to delete it. This is because the access settings are set to none when the folder is created. An administrator will have to change the access permissions or delete the folder. If a level 9 or 10 user creates the folder, it's a little better. At least the folder is accessible; however, the nav.html file is not created in the folder so you would have to add that manually.
