This process, for some documents, is a good thing. However, it may not be a good thing for all documents. If you would like to place text here to be maintained, unchanged, for an extended period of time, you should probably create a separate web page instead. This wiki is not the place for it.

Some design decisions for this wiki have been placed in the Open Mediawiki Policy.

What do we mean by open? - Briefly, we mean open to editting, easily, by logged in members of the Binghamton University community (faculty, staff, students). Open does not mean that the editting capability on this wiki is available to the worldwide community of web browsers. Anyone on the web, (anywhere in the world) can look at what we're saying here (if they're interested)... but they can't edit our pages.
